3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@manychandize.store with your order ID, reason for refund, and product photos (if damaged/incorrect).

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. Once approved, you may need to return the product to our return address.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your bank/credit card company—it may take some processing time.
